Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required at all times
- Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide clear directions and answer guest questions about the facility, airport and our operations
- Observe activities at the parking facility, including any issues with guest vehicles, trip hazards, etc. and report any suspicious activity to Management
- May maintain and monitor surveillance camera system inside office communicating with on-duty security
- May dispatch shuttles to maintain ample coverage at the facility and at the airport
- Direct proper movement of parking lot activities including shuttle movement, shuttle driver breaks, and shuttle fueling schedules
- Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers
