With more than 2,000 team members across over 40 locations nationwide, The Parking Spot has established a reputation for exceptional service and convenience for travelers. The company stands out for its Employee Ownership Program which offers every team member the opportunity to be financially vested in the success of the business. As a leader in the travel and parking industry, The Parking Spot continues to innovate and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of its customers while promoting a fun, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.

The role of Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) is a vital position within The Parking Spot’s operation. PGAs are the frontline representatives who interact directly with the guests, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional experience from the moment guests arrive until they depart. The position is full-time with afternoon shifts and offers a competitive hourly pay of $12.5, along with regular bonus opportunities. The job is centered around providing superior customer service during check-in and check-out by greeting guests, assisting with parking procedures, answering telephones, and managing mobile device queries. PGAs are expected to maintain clean and organized workspaces, support team members, and occasionally cross-train for other roles to foster a flexible and efficient team dynamic.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly to technology, and a genuine passion for helping people. Training and professional development opportunities are provided to help team members grow and succeed. Additionally, The Parking Spot offers benefits for eligible team members including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans, paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays. The company prides itself on its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected within the workplace.
