Job Description
Our team members, known as Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs), are an essential part of our daily operations. The role of a PGA is focused on providing outstanding customer service to our guests as they check-in and check-out at our parking facilities. We are currently seeking part-time PGAs for weekend afternoon and evening shifts who are passionate about fostering an inviting and positive environment for all visitors. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $13.50 per hour along with regular bonus opportunities for eligible employees. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
- ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablets
- comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
- ability to work in inclement weather
- ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of customer service principles
- proficient in using Apple devices such as iPhones and iPads
- ability to adapt to new technologies and software updates
- excellent verbal communication skills in English
- ability to maintain professionalism in all guest interactions
- capable of working comfortably in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
- provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
- answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
- partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
- keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
- provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
- may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
