Job Description
The Parking Spot is a leading near-airport parking company in the United States, boasting more than 25 years of successful operation. With a solid reputation built over the decades, the company has expanded its presence to over 40 locations nationwide, employing more than 2,000 dedicated team members. This growth is a testament to The Parking Spot's commitment to providing premium, convenient airport parking solutions to travelers. As an industry pioneer, The Parking Spot values its employees and offers a unique Employee Ownership Program that enables every team member to have a direct financial stake in the company's success. This program encourages a culture of ownership, responsibility, and pride across the organization. The Parking Spot's commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equity supports a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees, partners, and customers. The company firmly upholds values of respect, dignity, and fairness and actively fosters teams where all voices are valued and heard, ensuring equal opportunities for professional growth and engagement.
The company is currently seeking part-time Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) to join their team across all shifts. This crucial role plays an essential part in the smooth operation of the company's services by delivering exceptional guest service during the check-in and check-out process. PGAs serve as the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $16.40 per hour, with regular bonus opportunities, providing both financial incentives and job satisfaction. PGAs will be tasked with greeting guests warmly, assisting with parking entry and exit lane operations, managing telephone and mobile device communications, and supporting the teamwork culture. They also help promote company programs like the TPS Spot Club, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and may cross-train in other frontline positions. The role requires adaptability to technology, as attendants use and become familiar with Apple technology products and kiosk systems, and need the physical ability to work in outdoor conditions including inclement weather. Standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 30 pounds safely is part of the job. Eligible employees can also access valuable benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans, along with paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays. The Parking Spot emphasizes continuous training and professional development opportunities to help team members grow and excel in their roles. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of an employee-owned company committed to diversity and inclusion, this is an excellent opportunity to join The Parking Spot team and contribute to providing outstanding guest experiences at one of the nation’s top airport parking providers.
