The role of Parking Ambassador at ABM is vital in enhancing the overall customer and client experience through quality service and professional assistance. This position primarily focuses on overseeing parking operations at a facility by assisting and directing both customers and patients in a courteous and helpful manner. The Parking Ambassador acts as a key point of contact, offering way-finding support and ambassadorial services while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring parking areas, addressing any issues or questions regarding entry, exit, and parking procedures, and reporting safety concerns to the Operations Manager. The Parking Ambassador role requires flexibility and a positive attitude to take on various tasks necessary for delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position typically operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM. The role requires individuals to be capable of walking or standing outside for extended periods and to work effectively under varying weather conditions. Effective communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally are essential attributes for success in this role.

Job Duties
