Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Capable of standing, stooping, walking, and bending for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy in handling cash and property
Vigilant and attentive to surroundings to ensure safety and security

Job Duties

Manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians within the parking lot
Direct traffic and assist drivers as needed
Collect parking fees and handle cash transactions responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot
Monitor surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security
Address minor vehicle issues and provide assistance to customers
Report any incidents or irregularities promptly to management
