The role of a Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) is crucial to maintaining the company’s high standards of guest service. As a PGA, you will be at the forefront of guest interaction, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences while embodying the company's core values. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
  • ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablets
  • comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
  • ability to work in inclement weather
  • ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
  • provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
  • answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
  • partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
  • keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
  • provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
  • may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
  • perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
