The role of Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) is vital to The Parking Spot’s operations and guest experience. As a full-time position with a pay rate of $13 per hour plus regular bonus opportunities, the position spans various shifts and requires individuals who are eager to contribute to a welcoming, efficient, and professional atmosphere. Parking Guest Attendants are often the first and last point of contact for guests, guiding them through the check-in and check-out processes using technology and personal interaction to ensure satisfaction and smooth service. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a team, and adaptability to technology such as kiosks and Apple devices including iPhones and iPads.
PGAs help maintain the operational flow at entry and exit lanes, assist guests with questions related to the TPS Spot Club program, and perform additional responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes
- ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablets
- comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes
- ability to work in inclement weather
- ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
- provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
- answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
- partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
- keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
- provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
- may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
