In addition to direct guest interaction, Parking Guest Attendants collaborate closely with other team members to create a seamless and enjoyable parking experience. They maintain clean and organized work areas and provide guests with information about the TPS Spot Club program, a loyalty and rewards initiative. Flexibility is key as attendants may cross-train for other frontline positions and undertake additional duties as requested by management.
The company values diversity and inclusion highly, promoting an environment where all employees, partners, and customers are respected and valued regardless of their background. The Parking Spot actively seeks to build diverse teams and foster an equitable workplace culture. Employees are encouraged to grow professionally through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
Benefits for eligible employees include comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays.
