The role of Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) is an essential front-line position within The Parking Spot. PGAs are responsible for providing the highest level of service to guests during their check-in and check-out experience. They greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction process. PGAs support guests at both entry and exit lanes, assist with telephone and mobile device inquiries, and collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
