This job opening is for the position of Parking Guest Attendant (PGA), a part-time role scheduled from Thursday to Saturday, from 4 PM to 12 AM. Parking Guest Attendants are pivotal in the smooth operation of The Parking Spot's service offering. They are the frontline ambassadors who ensure guests receive the highest level of service throughout their parking experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, managing entry and exit lanes, providing informational support regarding loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness in their work area.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset to effectively partner with other team members in delivering seamless guest experiences. PGAs are expected to be adaptable, with opportunities to cross-train in other frontline positions as directed by management, encouraging growth and versatility within the team. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16, along with regular bonus opportunities for eligible employees.   • Ability to work in inclement weather
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes
  • Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services
  • Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
  • Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean
  • Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program
  • May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
