The Parking Spot is a leading parking company specializing in near-airport parking services with more than 25 years of experience. As the largest near-airport parking company in the United States, The Parking Spot operates over 40 locations nationwide and employs more than 2,000 valued team members. The company is proud to offer an Employee Ownership Program, which allows every team member to have a direct financial stake in the company's success. This unique program emphasizes the importance of collaborative effort and shared benefits, reinforcing a culture of ownership and accountability among all employees. The Parking Spot is committed to providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring convenient, secure, and high-quality parking experiences across its locations. Known for its consistent schedules, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive training programs, The Parking Spot supports team members' growth and development within an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace environment.
Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) are essential frontline team members responsible for delivering outstanding customer service throughout the guest check-in and check-out process. Working primarily on Saturdays and Sundays during the afternoon and evening shifts, PGAs play a key role in maintaining The Parking Spot's reputation for exceptional service. The role involves greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them quickly and pleasantly at entry and exit lanes, and answering telephones to provide timely support. Candidates should be comfortable operating Apple technology such as iPhones and iPads, as well as kiosk systems, adapting smoothly to upgrades and changes. PGAs collaborate with team members to ensure the best guest experience, manage cleanliness of their work areas, and may be cross-trained for other frontline positions as necessary. Physical requirements include standing for the majority of the shift and safely lifting up to 30 pounds, with accommodations available as needed. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $13.5 per hour, with regular bonus opportunities and eligibility for medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays for qualified team members. The Parking Spot values diversity and inclusiveness in its workforce and dedicates itself to fostering an environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
