The company takes pride in offering an Employee Ownership Program, which allows team members to have a direct financial stake in the company's success, fostering a strong sense of ownership and collaboration among all employees. This unique program empowers employees to contribute to and benefit from the company's growth and achievements. The Parking Spot values its team and strives to maintain a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding work environment for everyone involved.

The Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) position is crucial within The Parking Spot's operations, primarily focused on providing top-tier service to customers during their arrival and departure experiences. As a PGA, you are often the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in shaping their overall impression of the company. This full-time role involves engaging warmly with guests, facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, answering telephones, assisting customers with mobile devices, and supporting other frontline operations as needed. PGAs must be adaptable, committed to teamwork, and ready to maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions. This position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $15 per hour, supplemented by regular bonus opportunities.

Working at The Parking Spot, PGAs benefit from consistent work schedules, comprehensive training, and professional development programs designed to enhance skills and career advancement prospects. Eligible employees can also enroll in health-related benefits, including medical, vision, and dental plans, alongside 401(k) retirement savings options. Paid time off, vacation pay, and paid holidays are additional benefits offered to ensure work-life balance and employee well-being.

At The Parking Spot, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords but core values ingrained into the company culture. They actively promote a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and respected regardless of background.
