Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in customer service or parking environment
  • strong communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to follow procedures and provide consistent, high-quality customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a parking environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • experience working in a high-volume customer service or operational setting preferred
  • familiarity with parking systems, ticketing, or payment platforms preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist parkers with ticketing, payments, gate issues, and general inquiries
  • conduct routine walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness, safety, and facility conditions
  • provide directions and support to first-time parkers and visitors
  • identify and report parking issues or operational concerns to leadership
  • collaborate with maintenance, enforcement, and customer service teams to resolve issues
