- at least 1 year of experience in customer service or parking environment

Job Qualifications

- experience working in a high-volume customer service or operational setting preferred
- familiarity with parking systems, ticketing, or payment platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Assist parkers with ticketing, payments, gate issues, and general inquiries
- conduct routine walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness, safety, and facility conditions
- provide directions and support to first-time parkers and visitors
- identify and report parking issues or operational concerns to leadership
- collaborate with maintenance, enforcement, and customer service teams to resolve issues
