Job Description

Our company operates a well-established parking facility dedicated to providing secure and efficient parking solutions for our customers. With a commitment to excellent service and facility maintenance, we ensure a user-friendly experience for all visitors. As a parking facility attendant, you will be an essential part of our operations team, responsible for managing daily activities related to parking services. This entry-level position requires some knowledge of parking facility operations and involves working under immediate supervision to ensure smooth business functions. Your role will be crucial in delivering customer satisfaction through effective management of parking spaces and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking facility.

In this role, you will open and close the facility for business each day, ensuring that all systems are operational and ready for customer use. You will collect parking fees and passes, manage cash drawers with accuracy, and balance accounts at the end of shifts. Maintaining the physical appearance of the parking facility is also an important aspect of this job, including cleaning equipment, garages, and parking areas and reporting any issues with ticket equipment or other facility components. Your vigilance will help prevent unauthorized use of the parking area, contributing to the overall security of the premises. In addition, you will be responsible for gathering information and summoning assistance in emergency situations, enhancing safety for all users of the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a structured environment with clear supervisory guidance.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
