The Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre at Live Nation is currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and music-loving individuals for seasonal, hourly positions working concert days only. This role begins with trainings in April and runs through the concert season concluding in October, with potential eligibility to return for the full 2027 season. Ideal candidates are passionate about live music and eager to contribute to an unforgettable guest experience during concerts. This role involves a mixture of guest service, operational support, and cash handling duties related to parking services at the amphitheater.

As a member of the concert day team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with any inquiries about the venue, communicating parking specials, setting up signage and tents with the Parking Cashier Manager, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and connection of digital devices. Youll also be tasked with scanning parking passes, completing transactions, and keeping detailed notes of what works well and any issues observed during events. At the end of each concert day, youll reconcile transactions, return equipment, and communicate any concerns that arose during the event to the Parking Cashier Manager.

This role demands individuals who can work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions, involving significant walking, standing, and occasional sitting, as well as the ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, good judgement, tact, and diplomacy. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and late evenings is essential. This job is ideal for those who are motivated, independent, and have a strong passion for live entertainment and exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
  • Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
  • Lifting/carrying 25+ pounds
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue
  • Communicate daily specials on Premier and Guaranteed parking to guests
  • Assist Parking Cashier Manager in setting up and breaking down signage and tents as needed
  • Ensure Parkhub pricing is accurate, and device is connected to WiFi
  • Scan parking passes and complete appropriate transactions
  • Take time to observe and note what is working/not working each show
  • Return all equipment to Parking Cashier Manager at the end of the night
  • Reconcile transactions at the end of the night
  • Recap any concerns with parking cashier manager
