The role offered is that of a Parking Cashier at SP+, based in El Paso, Texas. This position is an hourly job paying $12.50 per hour, with eligibility to earn additional tips. The Parking Cashier is fundamental to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring efficient vehicle flow at parking facilities. Responsibilities include receiving payment from customers, managing cash transactions, and supporting overall operation within the parking booth environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and a customer-oriented approach to maintain satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Parking Cashier must reliably arrive on time, maintain uniform standards, and execute financial tasks such as counting starting bank totals, making change, and reconciling collected revenue. Additional duties include quoting parking rates, assisting customers with directions, handling lost ticket forms, and resolving complaints with or without supervisor assistance. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Utilizes a quality customer service orientation
- receives payment from customers for parking services
- facilitates the flow of traffic through the gate
- responsible for being at work every scheduled day on time and in uniform
- counts bank of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct
- collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash
- makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customers
- computes or recomputes bill from ticket showing amount due
- operates cash register manually or by machine
- quotes prices for parking services
- gives directions to customers
- completes lost ticket forms
- resolves customer complaints
- answers telephone promptly and courteously
- maintains cleanliness of booth and surrounding area
- conducts timely inventory checks of booth supplies
- verifies transaction logs against cash on hand
- compiles bank of collected revenue
- records amounts received and cars in/out of facility
- prepares shift report of transactions
- performs other duties assigned by supervisor
