- At least one year of retail experience
- Ability to read signs and follow simple oral and written instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer or technology literacy
- Must be able to pass a background check including a credit history report
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

- Provide parking instruction guidance assistance to guests as they arrive
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
