Often the initial and final point of contact for patients, visitors, and associates, attendants play a crucial role in ensuring safe, efficient, and courteous parking and shuttle services. This full-time day-shift role involves working approximately 32 hours per week and includes responsibilities in shuttle operation, valet service, and general parking functions. The position requires a close adherence to safety protocols and customer service excellence, as attendants support individuals arriving at the hospital by providing a seamless, reassuring experience.\n\nParking Attendants are trained comprehensively to handle shuttle driving duties—offering friendly greetings, safely transporting customers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws, and meticulously maintaining shuttle documentation. Additionally, valet attendants ensure vehicles are parked and returned safely, also maintaining the cleanliness and order of entry areas. The attendant's duties extend to monitoring for compliance with smoking restrictions and managing financial transactions related to valet services.
