Job Requirements
- no degree or diploma required
- valid driver’s license
- driving record with 4 points or less
- ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
- completion of driver safety training within 90 days
- minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid state driver’s license
- customer service experience
- ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
- competency in basic driving safety and vehicle operation
- knowledge of safety protocols
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- greet all customers boarding the shuttle, provide friendly, professional service
- safely drive customers to their destination, keeping in mind their comfort and all applicable traffic laws
- complete all documentation, log sheets, vehicle checklist, accident reporting, mileage tracking, defect tracking, and report all maintenance concerns
- use appropriate techniques to assist customers with mobility issues
- keep shuttles clean
- follow all driver expectations
- cover other parking functions as needed
- greet customers and proactively discover what assistance they need
- assist customers to desired locations
- assist customers out of vehicles when necessary
- safely park vehicles and record any pre-existing damages
- track all vehicles with valet lot sheet and claim tickets
- keep entry areas clear and clean
- monitor valet areas for smokers and enforce policies
- record and track all financial transactions
- maintain safety, quality and efficiency in job duties
