Job Requirements
- High school degree
- One year of customer service experience
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work overnight shift from 12am to 8am
- Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology
- Ability to work in all weather conditions

Job Duties

- Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally
- Make change and issue receipts and tickets to guests
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of assigned facilities
- Deliver a world-class impression as a key member of the overnight parking team
