Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the duration of the shift
- ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations
- excellent verbal communication and people skills
- punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- basic knowledge of safety procedures

Job Duties
- Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points
- provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces
- monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team
- support pedestrian safety by maintaining clear walkways and crosswalks
- deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time
- sweep and clean garage floors, stairwells, and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment
- empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of throughout the shift
- identify and report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
- restock supplies such as cleaning materials and other facility necessities as needed
