Job Duties
- Prepare city garages and lots for parking cars during events
- assist customers by answering questions and providing general information
- explain parking charges and provide directions
- refer non-routine customer problems to supervisors
- enforce parking ordinances as required
- maintain cleanliness and order in parking facilities
- coordinate with supervisors on operational issues
