Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform light manual tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in event venues, security, parking operations, or guest services is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and event needs
- Comfortable interacting with guests, coworkers, and security staff
Job Duties
- Direct and manage vehicle traffic entering and exiting parking areas to ensure safe and efficient flow during events
- Assist guests with parking passes, lot access, and general parking directions
- Provide directions to arena entrances, accessible parking areas, rideshare locations, and designated parking sections
- Support parking operations before, during, and after events
- Monitor parking areas for safety concerns, unauthorized activity, or operational issues and report concerns to the Security Manager
- Set up and remove parking cones, barricades, signage, and designated parking areas as directed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting guests and answering questions
- Communicate effectively with security staff, operations staff, and event personnel to support overall event safety and operations
- Follow all arena policies, safety procedures, and security guidelines
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the parking areas and surrounding grounds
- Perform other duties as assigned
