Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to bend, reach, and perform light manual tasks
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Experience working in event venues, security, parking operations, or guest services is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Friendly, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
Ability to adapt to changing situations and event needs
Comfortable interacting with guests, coworkers, and security staff

Job Duties

Direct and manage vehicle traffic entering and exiting parking areas to ensure safe and efficient flow during events
Assist guests with parking passes, lot access, and general parking directions
Provide directions to arena entrances, accessible parking areas, rideshare locations, and designated parking sections
Support parking operations before, during, and after events
Monitor parking areas for safety concerns, unauthorized activity, or operational issues and report concerns to the Security Manager
Set up and remove parking cones, barricades, signage, and designated parking areas as directed
Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting guests and answering questions
Communicate effectively with security staff, operations staff, and event personnel to support overall event safety and operations
Follow all arena policies, safety procedures, and security guidelines
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the parking areas and surrounding grounds
Perform other duties as assigned
