Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate lot prices and quantities
  • Accept payments and issue receipts
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful information about products, promotions, or item location
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process refunds or exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Drive and park guest vehicles safely
  • Secure all car keys
  • Retrieve vehicles upon request
  • Check for damages and document necessary information on claim tickets
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist guests with opening and closing doors
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area, hotels, and events
  • Drive both manual and automatic vehicles
