Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- valid driver's license
- ability to work overnight shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Thursday through Monday
- meet requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
- valid driver's license
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
Job Duties
- Supervise staff
- answer phones
- provide customer services assistance
- replenish tickets
- maintain contract specifications
- maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
- perform safety audits
- check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
- train new staff and oversee ongoing training of existing employees in proper methods, use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
- perform daily quality control inspections
- assist in safety program compliance to ensure adherence to all safety policies
- resolve personnel issues using good personnel management skills
- ensure area compliance with all State and Federal guidelines and company policies
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
