The 3rd Shift Supervisor role is an essential position within ABM’s parking and valet services division. This full-time position operates primarily during the overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Thursday through Monday, and offers an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $27. The exact compensation depends on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. This role is responsible for maintaining strict adherence to company standards and contractual obligations within designated budgets for labor and expenses.

As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will lead and oversee parking and valet operations at various sites, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include supervising staff, managing daily operational tasks, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and conducting quality control inspections. You will play an instrumental role in training new employees and sustaining ongoing development programs to guarantee adherence to safety practices and company policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve personnel issues effectively are critical to success in this role.

In addition, you will be tasked with performing safety audits and working closely with Branch Safety Coordinators to implement and maintain safety programs. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be capable of meeting the requirements to obtain necessary airport security badges, and possess experience in leading teams, preferably within parking or valet environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work night shift hours Thursday through Monday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to pass airport security clearance and obtain SIDA badge
  • knowledge of safety practices and personnel management
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
