Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work night shift hours Thursday through Monday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
- strong communication skills
- ability to pass airport security clearance and obtain SIDA badge
- knowledge of safety practices and personnel management
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to meet requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
Job Duties
- Supervise staff
- answer phones
- provide customer services assistance
- replenish tickets
- maintain contract specifications
- maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
- perform safety audits
- check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
- train new staff and oversee ongoing training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
- perform daily quality control inspections
- assist in safety programs follow-through to ensure compliance with all safety policies
- be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management and use proper skills to resolve personnel problems
- ensure area compliance with all state and federal guidelines as well as company policies
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
