Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work night shift hours Thursday through Monday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to pass airport security clearance and obtain SIDA badge
  • knowledge of safety practices and personnel management
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to meet requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff
  • answer phones
  • provide customer services assistance
  • replenish tickets
  • maintain contract specifications
  • maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • perform safety audits
  • check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
  • train new staff and oversee ongoing training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • perform daily quality control inspections
  • assist in safety programs follow-through to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management and use proper skills to resolve personnel problems
  • ensure area compliance with all state and federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
