The Parking Ambassador plays a vital role as the first point of contact for visitors arriving at the parking facilities, providing them with friendly, professional, and world-class service. Responsibilities include supervising parking lots, directing vehicles to available spaces to maximize capacity efficiently, and offering helpful venue information to guests. The role demands physical activity such as standing for extended periods, walking, and climbing stairs, and requires the ability to perform outdoor work under varying weather conditions, including heat and other extremes.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in parking or customer service preferred
  • ability to work part-time hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world class service
  • monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
  • provide guests with directions and other venue information
  • direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
  • ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
  • respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
  • controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
