Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to provide friendly, professional guest service
- ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- comfortable using smartphones or handheld devices for operational tasks (training provided)
- ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence
- must be able to perform repetitive motions such as flagging or directing vehicles
- may be required to bend, push, twist, and pull objects repetitively
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- exposure to outdoor environments and weather conditions including rain, heat, cold, and humidity
- valid driver's license may be required based on site
- ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably may be required
Job Qualifications

- previous customer service, parking, or hospitality experience preferred
- six months or more of work experience in a related field preferred
- valid driver's license may be required based on site
- ability to drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably preferred
Job Duties
- Greet all guests using Premium Parking's customer service standards
- answer customer questions regarding parking rates, directions, payment methods, and general site information
- assist guests in resolving concerns or complaints in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate
- direct and guide vehicles into parking areas using approved flagging and traffic control techniques
- monitor parking activity to support proper payment and compliance with posted rules
- observe traffic flow and report congestion, unauthorized parking, or operational concerns
- support event parking, peak periods, and special operational needs as directed
- maintain cleanliness and order of the parking area by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
- conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, vandalism, or equipment issues
- ensure signage, pay stations, and equipment are clean, visible, functional, and repositioned or updated as directed
- maintain awareness of surroundings to support a safe environment for guests and team members
- follow all company safety procedures and immediately report hazards, incidents, security concerns, or equipment issues to supervisory staff
- adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures at all times
- maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including name tag
- communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests
- perform other duties as assigned
