The company fosters a positive work environment and values its employees' contributions by offering numerous benefits and growth opportunities. VPA emphasizes a culture of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork, aiming to provide both staff and customers with a rewarding and satisfying experience.

The role offers a starting pay of $18.38 per hour, with weekly payroll options including check, direct deposit, or pay card. Employees benefit from a company culture that promotes internal growth, with many management roles filled from within VPA’s team. The company offers various employee incentives, including trips to professional sporting events, company picnics, quarterly newsletters updating staff on company news and opportunities, and even scholarship programs. VPA values individualized attention, ensuring that managers personally know their employees and work alongside them to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere.

As a Parking Ambassador, responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, directing vehicles to appropriate parking areas, and maintaining clear emergency lanes. The role demands standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and other items in and out of customers' vehicles. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for interacting with customers and coworkers effectively. The work environment is outdoors and subject to all weather conditions, requiring dedication and adaptability to maintain service quality regardless of inclement weather. This position requires passing a criminal background check and maintaining a neat appearance with a positive attitude.

Valet Park of America is an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting the communities in which it operates.
