Job Description
Baldy is a renowned ski resort dedicated to providing exceptional winter recreational experiences to guests from across the region. Known for its breathtaking mountain scenery, expert terrain, and outstanding customer service, Baldy offers an engaging and vibrant work environment. The resort prides itself on a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth, cross-training, and diverse job experiences across various areas of operation. With a strong emphasis on employee development and internal mobility, Baldy ensures its crew members have opportunities to explore different roles and gain comprehensive knowledge within the ski resort industry. This inclusive approach helps foster a motivated team that delivers top-tier service and memorable guest experiences throughout the season.
We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our parking team as part of the frontline staff, lead, or management positions. The parking team at Baldy plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort. This position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, as team members are responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with any parking-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and organized flow of traffic within the parking lot. Working effectively in this role means balancing customer service with the practical aspects of traffic management and lot maintenance.
As part of our team, you won’t be siloed into a single role – we believe in cross-training and encourage our crew members to move between departments and positions. This approach allows you to develop a broad skill set, understand the resort's full operation, and keep your day-to-day work engaging and varied. It’s an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the ski resort industry and build ongoing employment experience in a dynamic, outdoor environment. Whether you’re starting a career or seeking seasonal work, our parking team offers growth potential and a supportive team atmosphere where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
