Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth flow
- Supply guests with directions, property information, and local area activities
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- Report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or security issues to manager
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Speak clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
