Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferably hospitality
  • Experience handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
  • Experience adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Possess excellent customer service skills with professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies such as parking management software

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including keys and vehicle information
  • Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet area
  • Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles to minimize congestion
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
  • Communicate with valet attendants security personnel and staff members
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
