Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferably hospitality
- Experience handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
- Experience adhering to safety and security protocols
- Possess excellent customer service skills with professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local traffic laws
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Ability to learn and utilize new technologies such as parking management software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service preferably in hospitality
- Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in fast-paced environments handling multiple tasks

- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including keys and vehicle information
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles to minimize congestion
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
- Communicate with valet attendants security personnel and staff members
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
