We are currently seeking dedicated, hardworking, and responsible individuals with a light-hearted nature and strong customer service skills to join our team at Urban Air Chattanooga as Site Managers. These leaders play a critical role in driving a positive team environment, which is essential to the success of each location. As a Site Manager, you will be supported by a comprehensive management training program designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to excel. Your role will encompass overseeing store operations including creating exceptional experiences for birthday parties, hosting corporate events, and managing Teen Nights. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership, ensuring that every aspect of the park runs smoothly while maintaining safety and high standards for staff and customers alike. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • prior experience in a supervisor-level role

Job Duties

  • Open and close the park on specified weekdays and weekends
  • promote team culture throughout the park both employees and customers
  • monitor on-site staff
  • monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the park and its equipment
  • promote safety for employees and customers
