We deliver expert assistance to various government bodies including the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), DEA, FBI, USCIS, and USPIS. Through our specialized services, we contribute to the effective prosecution and investigation of criminal and civil matters, focusing on legal and administrative support that enhances the capacity of law enforcement agencies to uphold justice and national security.

Currently, FSA Federal has an exciting career opportunity for a Paralegal IV to join our team. You will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing evidence, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring that investigations proceed efficiently and effectively.

As a Paralegal IV at FSA, you will be responsible for examining various forms of documentation including medical and financial records, reports, and correspondence to uncover patterns, verify facts, and establish crucial connections between evidence and involved parties. This position demands high-level communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with legal software used by the USAO. The role requires working under pressure to deliver top-quality results that support the successful prosecution of criminal and civil cases. Supervisory experience is also required, as you will guide less experienced paralegal staff and coordinate with litigation technology teams to maintain evidence databases. The role is intellectually demanding and calls for a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to the principles of justice and public safety.

This full-time position requires U.S. citizenship and successful completion of an intensive 7- or 10-year background investigation to meet federal security standards. It offers you a chance to make a significant impact in the fight against criminal enterprises while advancing your career in a stable and respected organization. FSA Federal is committed to equal employment opportunity and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace.
