The role being offered is that of a Pool Concierge on a seasonal or part-time basis at the Arizona Biltmore's pool complex. The Pool Concierge plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service at the Paradise and Saguaro pools, both uniquely designed to cater to families and adults respectively with amenities like cabanas, swim-up bars, and a variety of cocktails and cuisine. This position involves greeting guests, managing reservations, selling retail merchandise, and supporting pool servers by handling food and beverage items. The Pool Concierge also ensures the upkeep and cleanliness of the pool area, communicates effectively with guests and colleagues, and assists with daily operational tasks such as phone handling and taking special orders.

Job Requirements

  • previous customer service or hospitality experience

  • basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in guests of Paradise and Saguaro pools
  • answer all guest questions and requests in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner
  • make reservations and sell retail merchandise
  • set up all cabanas and concierge desk daily according to standards
  • actively participate in pool and cabana cleanliness and merchandising
  • prepare cabana guest lists with accurate pricing and guest information
  • answer phones, assist in taking special orders, and ring in sales
  • regularly inspect perimeter pool areas and maintain cleanliness
  • demonstrate safety knowledge and act appropriately in emergencies
