A key aspect of the role is managing the guest experience by supporting frontline staff and handling guest interactions professionally. The Supervisor assists with crowd control and queue management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, especially during peak attendance periods and special events. They also coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address facility concerns and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
Ideal candidates for the Paradise Pier Fun Park Supervisor must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate strong leadership, safety awareness, and effective communication skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously is essential. Physical requirements include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in amusement or theme park environments, ride operations, or guest services is highly preferred, along with CPR and First Aid certification.
The position offers competitive hourly pay alongside potential benefits like health insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for career advancement within the park.
