Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a theme park, amusement park, water park, or similar environment preferred
- Prior experience in ride operations, safety, training, or guest services strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team training abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with a high commitment to safety
- Clear communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies or high-pressure situations
- Reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist guests and staff during ride loading, unloading, or emergency situations
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to remain alert, focused, and attentive for long periods
- Flexible availability required, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak seasons

Job Duties
- Ensure all rides and attractions are operated in full compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct and document pre-opening and ongoing safety inspections of rides, equipment, and surrounding areas
- Monitor ride operations throughout shifts to ensure safe guest behavior and proper staff procedures
- Immediately respond to, document, and escalate ride malfunctions, hazards, or safety incidents
- Enforce height, weight, health, and safety restrictions consistently and professionally
- Train new and existing team members on ride operations, safety protocols, emergency procedures, and guest service standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact during ride stoppages, guest incidents, or emergency situations
