Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food handlers certification required
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast paced environment
- positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- able to work standing for long periods
- able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food
- able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification
- able to work in a busy restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Manage transactions with customers
- facilitate online orders through restaurant POS system
- answer the phone and take carry out orders
- take in-house to go orders
- double check all orders
- knowledge of the food menu and table numbers
- collect payments whether in cash or credit
- issue receipts and change
- maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- manage third party delivery apps
- be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
- comply with health and food safety standards
- restock items and clean
- operate the cash register and provide great customer service
- take on other responsibilities as assigned by management
