The Para Educator role at Zen Educate is specifically designed for individuals passionate about supporting students with special needs. As a Para Educator, you will provide one-on-one or small group support, assist with implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), reinforce lessons to improve understanding, and contribute to classroom management and student engagement techniques.

Zen Educate is actively recruiting for the 2026-2027 academic year, encouraging candidates to secure their roles early to complete onboarding and prepare for a successful school year. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, within hours of 7:30 am to 3:00 or 4:30 pm, with no weekend work, offering a balanced work-life environment. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.
