We are currently seeking a Hostess/Host with prior restaurant hosting experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the guest experience by greeting visitors with a friendly smile and escorting them to their tables efficiently. Working closely with the restaurant manager and servers, the hostess/host will handle seating arrangements, manage reservations and phone inquiries, and communicate guest preferences and concerns effectively to the service team. This position demands excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude as well as the ability to manage high traffic during busy dining hours.
Our work schedule includes both weekday and weekend shifts, with flexible options for part-time or full-time employment, averaging around 30 hours per week. Compensation for this role ranges from $18.50 to $19.00 per hour.
