The Shift Leader position at Cascade Dining offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences within the fast-paced food service industry. The role also includes contributing to financial goals by monitoring expenses using the company’s FOCUS System, performing cash management duties, and assisting with inventory control to minimize loss.
