- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality product and guest service delivery
- Manage operations by executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Perform assigned station duties including dough management, accuracy, and portioning
- Maintain product quality by following preparation procedures and holding times
- Respond appropriately to guest needs and minimize complaints
- Provide immediate feedback and resolve operational problems
- Ensure adequate shift coverage
- Monitor food and labor costs, restaurant cleanliness, and overall shift performance
- Execute cash management duties
- Assist with inventory management to minimize loss
