Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
  • Ability to manage cash accurately
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality product and guest service delivery
  • Manage operations by executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Perform assigned station duties including dough management, accuracy, and portioning
  • Maintain product quality by following preparation procedures and holding times
  • Respond appropriately to guest needs and minimize complaints
  • Provide immediate feedback and resolve operational problems
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage
  • Monitor food and labor costs, restaurant cleanliness, and overall shift performance
  • Execute cash management duties
  • Assist with inventory management to minimize loss
