As a Shift Leader at Cascade Dining's Papa John's franchise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality products and excellent guest service while managing day-to-day restaurant operations. This is a leadership position responsible for supervising shifts and work areas, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. As a shift leader, you will be the driving force behind meeting and maintaining product quality standards, managing shift team coverage, and delivering an enjoyable customer experience. You will oversee key operational functions including cash management, inventory control, and labor cost management using the company's systems and guidelines to support profitability. The role demands a hands-on approach to product preparation, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and a positive, adaptable attitude conducive to a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe or local/state Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Ability to manage cash responsibly
- Strong planning and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
- Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparation procedures and maintains established product holding times
- Commits to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant’s guests, minimizes guest complaints and responds appropriately to guest needs
- Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in the TM handbook including image, attendance, safety, and security
- Exemplifies and exhibits the Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and is flexible and adaptable to change
- Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant
- Provides immediate feedback and corrects problems when identified
- Maintains product quality, guest service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards and follows all policies and procedures related to shift management
- Contributes to profit goals by ensuring they stay within company guidelines and target goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System
- Executes cash management duties
- Assists in management of adequate inventory levels using company’s systems and guidelines to minimize loss
