Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to use hands repetitively
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 51 pounds
  • ability to work in noisy and potentially hazardous environments
  • availability to work scheduled and unscheduled hours including nights and weekends
  • compliance with Papa John’s uniform and appearance standards
  • ability to operate the FOCUS system
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • commitment to teamwork and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • ability to perform assigned duties satisfactorily
  • knowledge of cash management skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • adaptability to changing work conditions

Job Duties

  • perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
  • prepare ingredients
  • take orders
  • provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
  • act with a sense of urgency in everything they do
  • work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift
  • support other workstations during their shift
  • complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift
  • comply with uniform and appearance standards
  • accurately use the fOCUS system
  • process cash and/or credit card transactions
  • support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average
  • maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
  • comply with safety and security standards
