The role of a Team Member at Papa John's represents a pivotal position within the company’s operational framework. This is a non-exempt, hourly position, and candidates must be at least 16 years old to qualify. The Team Member performs essential duties at assigned workstations to ensure that every product and service meets the high standards expected by the company. These duties include making quality pizzas, preparing fresh ingredients, handling customer orders both in person and over the phone, and providing consistently friendly and professional customer service. A sense of urgency, teamwork, and a commitment to supporting fellow team members contribute significantly to the smooth running of store operations.

Team Members are expected to comply with Papa John's uniform, appearance, and operational guidelines as outlined in various company manuals and handbooks alongside adhering to pertinent federal, state, and local laws. Utilizing the company’s FOCUS System, Team Members accurately process cash and credit transactions and promote sales by suggestively selling menu items to enhance the customer’s order value. A vital aspect of the role is maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment that protects company assets and adheres to all safety and security standards.

The position requires physical stamina and dexterity, involving repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, and heavy lifting occasionally exceeding 51 pounds. Team Members must be prepared to work in dynamic and sometimes challenging conditions, including exposure to various temperatures, noisy settings, mechanical parts, and strong odors. Flexibility to work long, scheduled or unscheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts, is necessary for success in this role.

Job Requirements
