Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to use hands repetitively
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 51 pounds
- ability to work in noisy and potentially hazardous environments
- availability to work scheduled and unscheduled hours including nights and weekends
- compliance with Papa John’s uniform and appearance standards
- ability to operate the FOCUS system
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to teamwork and customer service
Job Qualifications

- ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in everything they do
- work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift
- support other workstations during their shift
- complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the fOCUS system
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average
- maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
