The role of a Team Member at Papa John's is dynamic and essential to delivering the high standards that customers expect. Furthermore, the Team Member is responsible for accurately processing transactions using the FOCUS System, handling cash and credit card payments with precision. Sales support through suggestive selling is encouraged to increase average order value, enhancing overall business performance. Protecting the company’s assets by maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized work areas is a critical aspect of the role that ensures compliance with safety and security standards at all times.

This position demands physical stamina, as it involves prolonged periods of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting of items up to 50 pounds, sometimes even more during certain tasks. The work environment is fast-paced and may include exposure to various temperatures, noise, moving mechanical parts, and other typical conditions related to a busy kitchen and restaurant setting. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong work habits such as commitment to task completion, customer focus, flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, proactive initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
