Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old to perform specific duties
- ability to commit to scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- must comply with company uniform and appearance standards
- able to work in fast-paced, noisy environment
- must be dependable and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- willing to support team goals and complete all tasks assigned
- ability to use FOCUS System and process transactions accurately

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in everything they do
- work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift
- support other workstations during their shift
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the FOCUS System
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average
- maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
