Aramark offers comprehensive benefits to eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision insurance, work/life resources, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), paid days off including parental leave, and disability coverage. These benefits vary by location and employee eligibility. The company supports a physically active workplace where tasks may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
