As a company, Hilton not only focuses on providing outstanding services to its guests but also prides itself on cultivating an award-winning workplace culture. Recognized repeatedly by Great Place to Work and Fortune on the World's Best Workplaces list, Hilton is a place where team members are valued, supported, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally. The company offers a comprehensive suite of brands, each upholding Hilton's high standards and innovative approaches to travel and hospitality. This creates a dynamic environment where team members can thrive and contribute to setting new standards in the industry.
The role of Pantry Cook at Hilton is an essential position within the hotels team, focused on delivering the highest quality food preparation and presentation while embodying the spirit of hospitality that makes every guest's stay special. As a Pantry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients including cold ingredient prep work for soups, sauces, salads, and other dishes, ensuring that every item meets Hilton’s recipe guidelines and quality benchmarks. Your work will directly contribute to the guest dining experience through careful assembly and plating of dishes with an emphasis on visual appeal and taste. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation is a key aspect of the role, along with upholding strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations. Hilton's core values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment—guide every team member, including the Pantry Cook, in delivering both exceptional service and personal accountability.
Hilton offers its team members a robust package of benefits and support designed to help them thrive both inside and outside of work. These benefits include incredible travel perks featuring discounted stays across Hilton’s global properties, an employee stock purchase program to support financial growth, and paid parental leave to ensure family needs are respected and supported. Additional resources include personalized caregiving support, a crisis concierge, mental health services through an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off to encourage work-life balance, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement planning options. The Pantry Cook role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to an esteemed global company that values its employees and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace culture where careers can flourish.
