Pantry Cooks are essential team members responsible for the timely preparation of all salads and desserts. They support the kitchen by performing line checks and ensuring all prep sheets are accurately completed for each shift. Additionally, they prepare all necessary items for their station, maintain proper temperatures for equipment, and rigorously practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures. This includes careful handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and kitchen equipment to ensure food safety is never compromised. Their role also involves completing station opening and closing duties and other side work assigned each shift, making them vital contributors to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- Maintain proper temperature of equipment
- Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
