Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • less than one year of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capacity to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
  • strong communication skills
  • team player attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and pantry items for daily kitchen use
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and food prep areas
  • assist chefs with basic cooking tasks and meal preparation
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing
  • support kitchen staff during busy service times
  • ensure all prep work is completed timely and to quality standards
