- Completed apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education
- Minimum one year of food service or related work experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the pantry station for breakfast
- Prepare items as required by the guest order for breakfast and lunch
- Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
- Communicate with the Sous Chefs, In-Room Dining Managers and pastry team regarding menu-related items
- Complete requisitions, obtain proper signatures, and submit to the In-Room Dining managers
- Store items properly, checks expirations dates, following first in/out and Department of Health regulations
- Complete side work for the following day
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
