Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, smallwares, equipment, and supplies weighing at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat to receive and store stock and to work the line during service
- Effective communication and attentive listening skills are necessary for interactions with supervisors, team members, vendors, and guests
- Ability to taste and distinguish between flavors, spices, and temperatures
- Background check required
- Participation in E-Verify required

- 1 or more years of experience in a pantry or cold-side kitchen role
- Strong knife skills and attention to presentation details

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, desserts, and garnishes with precision
