Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours
- Must have the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
- Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- Willingness to work early morning shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Enthusiasm for providing friendly and efficient customer service
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to and meeting guest needs
- Maintain a clean, fast, and friendly cafe environment
- Prepare and serve baked goods, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with daily cafe opening and closing procedures
- Support team members and management to uphold service quality
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
